I think it is important to talk in this post about the relevance and necessity of Apple Cider Vinegar. Apple Cider Vinegar is a really useful natural solution to a range of cleaning needs. You can use Apple Cider Vinegar both in your kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom to reap a range of solutions the all-natural way. One of my favorite Apple Cider Vinegar solutions is by using an Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo. Not everyone agrees that the best way to clarify your hair is by using chemicals. I actually don’t have a particular preference. I think that sometimes chemicals can be good for certain things, and other times natural solutions are the way forward. At the end of the day, there is no right or wrong way to look after your body, house, hair, or anything really! There are only things that are outright bad for you, alongside those that are worse. I think it’s true that there are chemicals that are straight-up bad for you to use. Especially when it comes to those things that have cleansing properties such as a clarifying shampoo. They can strip both your hair and skin for all their worth which causes irritation and can lead to more harm than good in the long run. This includes things like heavy sulfates and parabens. One of the reasons why an Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo s so good is because it does not include these heavy, stripping ingredients.
Also, if you are using ingredients that are too heavy on your hair as a clarifying shampoo, it’s not really clarifying at all. You are just coating more chemicals onto your scalp rather than nourishing it from root to tip. If you want to truly nourish your hair, that’s where natural solutions come into the picture and why holistic health is growing in popularity.
If your hair is looking limp because of buildup then using a shampoo for dry hair might temporarily solve the problem, but what you really need to do is cleanse it, and you get that from an effective Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo. The biggest problem that people find with these natural solutions, and I can testify to this with the Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo, is that they can be quite pricey. Natural remedies, in general, will cost more than their chemical counterparts. Although, that being said, some companies really take this to the next level ridiculous when they start charging over $50 for their products.
I saw somewhere, I can’t remember which company now, but they were selling a shampoo for $80. Who is buying an $80 shampoo? It just shows that these people don’t know their way around ingredients labels, because if they did they would know that they could get the same thing for cheaper somewhere else. This is why if you’re going to get an Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo as opposed to another chemical-based clarifying shampoo, you should be prepared to pay more but do your research first! When using natural products you need to know what you’re looking for.
